Franconia Sculpture Park Fellowship

November 20, 2013

Fellowships are for the creation of new work only. Applicants must be active and practicing artists, evident in resume or CV. Fellowships are given to U.S. residents and/or applicants who have a valid work visa. Artists may NOT be enrolled in a degree-seeking program, either part-time or full-time, at an institution of higher learning during the Fellowship. Applicant’s work falls in the area of sculpture or three-dimensional installation, multi-media, or site-specific. Artists are eligible to receive this fellowship once every three years, however applicants who are previous recipients are subject to a more rigorous review. If you are proposing a collaboration between two or more artists, all involved individuals must be active and practicing artists. Please include separate cover pages and resumes/CVs for each artist.

Fellowships provide the opportunity for artists and/or artist teams to create ambitious projects and exhibit new work while in residence at Franconia Sculpture Park. Sculpture, site-specific, multi-media, performance, and installation proposals are considered. Franconia’s fellowship program includes FSP/Jerome Fellowships and Open Studio Fellowships. Only one application is required to apply to all available fellowships.
